Due to the heavy volume of people attempting to login to online banking and determine if their stimulus checks have arrived, many users are unable to login.  Below are three tips to help alleviate the heavy volume and to determine if your stimulus check has arrived.

  1. Direct Deposits from the Federal Reserve are posted once each day by 9:30 a.m.  If you do not see your deposit, please check back the following day.

  2. While you are logged in to online banking, set up deposit alerts so you are notified when the deposit is available.

  3. You can also check https://www.irs.gov/coronavirus/get-my-payment (Opens in a new Window) on the latest details.

Thank you for your patience.
