If you ask Erica why she chose a career in business lending, she’ll tell you it’s because she has huge respect for anyone who runs a small business. "Growing up, my father always operated a small business, and I knew how incredibly tough it was for him to ride the ups and downs while being strong enough to push through and make it all work.”
Erica has a strong affinity for community and the people and places that we all enjoy every day. Having a hand in their success is what brings her great pride.
Erica joined Marine Bank’s lending team in 2014 after working with a commercial lending team at a regional bank in New Jersey. Since joining Marine, she has been amazed by the company's tremendous growth. In 2022, Erica became team lead of loan servicing. “I have a great team that truly exemplifies the Marine Bank spirit,” she says. We say it's that kind of attitude that makes Erica an incredible individual and manager.
