Come work where you make a difference! Marine Bank is seeking a Branch Operations Manager I for our US 1 Vero office. In this role you will provide exceptional experience servicing every customer, ensuring customers leave with a smile and return with family and friends. Your primary role will be to oversee branch teller staff and transactions.
Other Key Role, Tasks and Responsibilities
- Identify qualified referrals that lead to additional relationship business and lead your team to do the same
- Open new accounts: asking the customer the right questions to properly match them with the right products to meet their needs
- Provide support to the branch team, guaranteeing the best service and operational efficiency
- Ensure strongly agree ratings with no negative comments for the branch on new client surveys
- Assist in setting appointments for business development calls
- Actively participate in weekly team meetings
- Assure compliance with all bank policy and procedures, state and federal banking regulations
- Participate in bank sponsored community events to support the Bank's values
- Live the vision, mission and values of the bank
- Adhere to audit procedures
- adhere to all security procedures
- Assist with training new employees as requested
- Meet with Supervisor weekly to provide updates on sales, customer interaction and any guidance needed
Education and Experience
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 2-4 years cash handling experience
- 1-2 years of job-related experience, including formal teller and new accounts training
- 1-2 years of supervisory experience
- Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and computer skills
