When should I stop using the old Bill pay service?

What can I access on Tuesday June 28, 2011?
Your Internet Banking will continue to be available. However, there will be no access to Bill Pay while we change-over to the new service that Tuesday.
When will the new Bill Pay service be available?
By 9:00 AM EST on Wednesday June 29, 2011.
How do I access the new Bill Pay service?
First login to your Internet Banking. Click one of your payment accounts followed by clicking the blue Payments button. Your Bill Pay session will open in a new window. If it does not, temporarily turn off your pop-up blocker to allow it through. Or you can try holding down the CTRL button on your keyboard and then click on the blue Payments button.

How do I select a Pay Day?
The Payment Assistant feature within Bill Pay will help you select the appropriate Pay Day, which is the day the payee should receive the payment.
How are payments sent to my payees?
We will send payments either electronically or by check. The funds for most payments will be deducted from your payment account on the Pay Day you select. In some situations, the funds will not be deducted until the payee cashes or deposits the check.
How do I get help when using Bill Pay?
During regular business hours, you can call the Bank's Internet Banking Department at (772) 231-6611. The Bank also has a dedicated toll-free support number that allows you to call our Bill Pay provider directly. The toll-free number is (877) 367-9125. You may use this number beginning Wednesday June 29, 2011.
How do I add a Payment Account?

What is the CheckFree Guarantee?
Our Bill Pay provider will bear the responsibility for late fees, up to $50, if a payment is received after the due date as long as your scheduled it according to the service terms and conditions. The guarantee goes into effect on July 5, 2011.
Can I use bill pay without Internet Banking?
Since Internet Banking and Bill Pay are combined under one Access ID and Password, you must be an active Internet Banking user in order to access Bill Pay.
